Join the Board as we learn more about the proposal from National Co+op Grocers (NCG) regarding a new consumer cooperative. The Board will begin the meeting with a review of recent financial projections, we will hear from C.E. Pugh, interim CEO of NCG, and we will end with Q+A. This will be a time for the Board as well as the community to learn more details about this proposal.

Note that this event does not meet the requirements outlined in Harvest’s bylaws to qualify as a special meeting; therefore, member-owners will not be voting during this town hall.

Can’t attend the town hall?

The Board will be having a follow-up webinar on August 8 from 7-8:30 p.m. for those who cannot attend. (Call in via computer or phone +1 408 740 3766  Meeting ID: 305 797 9248).

We will also send out notes and recorded audio from the town hall as well as schedule future community events and other methods for feedback.
