This survey is offered by Cooperative Development

will moderate, a role assigned previously only to
the board president.

February 2005 (1 abstention)
2. Presidents Report

unanimously. Karins term will
end in 2007.
A motion to appoint Jessie Myskza as Chair of the GM Search Committee
was approved unanimously.

of Harvest that will be held at both stores, is
going smoothly.
The physical plant report was briefly discussed.
Re: Tenure
At the last Board Meeting in March, my
decision to not apply for the long term position of
GM at Harvest was discussed. I will vacate the position
of General Manager (interim) on July 2, 2005.
My thanks to the board and membership
for the invitation to work with Harvest. I have enjoyed
my time here. The staff are a pleasure to work with.
The board is working to hire a new GM, and we have
a succession plan in the making.
Presentation.
We are in the home stretch at CB. The updates are
about complete. On May 7, we will have a celebration
of our work at CB.
This is a coming out celebration for CB. It is our
first good day in a long time. Bring your friend,
enemies, neighbors and the rest of the world! This
is the day to show your support for your co-op. It
is great day to bring your friends to our store and
show off. We will have great incentives for new members.
Our hope is to get 500 new members this week.
Jamaica Plain will have a similar event
in early June. After that date we should be presenting
two great stores on a daily basis.
Thanks,
Rob Martin
